Blind Zone side alert question

Hi, I'm the proud owner of a new 2017 Trax. The next model up has the blind zone side alert. Is there anyway to put that on my Trax. With the small mirrors and location of the b post I find it hard to see if someone is in my blind zone.
Thanks, Mike

I put one of those small stick-on blind spot mirrors in the corner of the drivers side mirror a few days after getting my Trax for that very reason. It was only a few dollars.

Welcome to the forums and congratulations. I think with how much it'll cost it's more worth it to go with Bswarm's idea of the add on mirror things.

Thanks, I've thought about that. I just wish the mirror was larger or at least more rectangular, it tapered smaller on the outside. Mike

On the bright side, those small circular stick on mirrors aren't so large that they'll block off half the side mirror.

I have that blind side alert on my Buick Encore, I really don't notice the light when it comes on.

I think it would be more noticeable in front of the driver instead of on the outside mirror.

I get more use out of the rear cross traffic alert than I do out of the blind spot alert.
