My typing skills are really bad. I just did this whole thread and in going back and reading it over I have noticed that there are many punctuation and capitalization errors. Is there any way I can get back in to edit my dumb thumbs so that it looks nice fore those that wish to do this upgrade?
Thank you,
I was able to get in and fix all of my typos that I could find.
I did not realize that there was only a 10 minute window for editing a post.
I had one post that I was able to enter the edit but the 10 minutes had timed out before I was done editing and it would not let me save.
On other forums I was used to going back in a few times to get a whole "How To" thread just right. I guess I will need to spend more time trying to get it all set up before I try to post a "How to" instead of editing and fixing as I go.
Maybe 10 minutes is to quick to turn of editing. I understand why you want to turn off the edit at some point. An hour would be time to make a post nice and still accomplish the other goals. Some of us like me are not skilled with a keyboard. Just my 2¢.
I had that happen to me not sure if it was here, but I do remember typing out a long post, going back to correct it but before I was finished I lost everything.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
