GM Cars Top 3 Hackable

Just after Chrysler and Nissan, GM rounds out the top 3 most hackable automakers.

Quote:
Computer security researchers Charlie Miller and Chris Valasek concluded in the report due to be released later this week that the most hackable models out of 20 reviewed were Chrysler Group's 2014 Jeep Cherokee, Nissan Motor Co.'s 2014 Infiniti Q50 and General Motors' 2015 Cadillac Escalade.

Did you notice that the people doing the study never actually attempted to hack the cars? Some study. This is just fodder for journalists. Nothing to be too concerned with IMO.

Did you notice that the people doing the study are the same ones that hacked into a prius and escape last year? I think they might know a thing or two about one or two things no?
