Replaced factory battery with the larger 760cc and battery and bracket from the Buick Encore.
Interior
Replaced interior lights with red led bulbs.
Found Trax inserts on ebay for all the cubbies. :)

Exterior
Replaced the factory splash guards with some cheap rally flaps. The factory guards collected plenty of dirt and snow.
Added a cheap roof rack that's easily removed because I really don't use it that often and it's heavy!
I also spray painted the muffler with high temp black grill paint. Really does look better
