2014 Trax 120k kms. Door was left ajar overnight. Can't even open doors with actual key so I can boost it. Any suggestions?

How do you get in to provide a booost? MY key goes in the door handle and does not turn!!

Lock is probably frozen, add lock de-icer or heat your key with small torch a few times.

On the other post you said the door was left open all night. Why would you lock the door then shut it? Also, the car is supposed to turn off all the lights and other electronics after 10-15 minutes to prevent the battery from dying. I wonder why this did not happen. Your battery could have been going bad already.

From the manual:
Battery Power Protection
The battery saver feature is
designed to protect the vehicle's
battery.
If some interior lamps or the manual
parking lamps or headlamps are left
on and the ignition is turned off, the
battery rundown protection system
automatically turns the lamp off after
some time.

On the other post you said the door was left open all night.
He said ajar, even ajar the lights should still shut off. I think his battery was low and froze but he never came back so we are talking to ourselves..
