Hello Trax Owners!

I just bought a 2017 Chevy Trax LS AWD last night... but unfortunately they didn't come with the roof rails (not the cross bars, the actual rails to install crossbars). I'm wondering if anyone has had them installed by a Chevy dealership after the fact, and how much it cost them...

I just called the dealer and they said it would be close to $2000 to install these bars. That seems completely absurd to me, but how would I know.

Any help would be much appreciated! Happy to be a part of the Trax family... now I just need a way to haul my snowboards!

Are the holes for the rail studs in the roof because the rails are only $250 a piece.

Then I imagine you'd have to get the proper cross rails for your needs

Unfortunately I don't have the holes... thinking about going the crossbars with the door clamp option since it might be cheaper.
