SO ODD! AFTER FUELING, THE ERR MSGS FOR NO KEY FOUND, CHECK TIRE, CHECK CRASH ALERT, CHECK, CHECK, CHECK - ERRRRR!
THE DRIVING AND LOOSE A/C AND FUEL GAUGE. GET HOME SAFE AND EVENTUALLY, IT WOULD NOT TURN OFF!
CALL CHEV AFTER HOURS AND ITS IN THEFT MODE...NOPE

CALL DEALER AND DRIVE TO SHOP - BUT WAIT! BOOM! DIES IN THE MIDDLE OF FREEWAY GOING 65MPH!
PULLED OVER AND AFTER 10 X TO START IT DOES AND IT GET IT THERE -- HERE'S WHERE THE FUN STARTS.

DEALER STATED KEY ENTRY MODULE HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY LEAKING TIRE CLEANER STORED IN REAR COMPARTMENT WHERE YOU KEEP THINGS.
IT BASICALLY UNDER REAR TIRE AREA AND IT ACTUALLY HAS THE FLUID IN THE UNIT -- $700!

WHY? WHY WOULD CHEV PUT A HIGH END CONTROLLING UNIT IN AN AREA WHERE ANYTHING COULD LEAK OUT FROM YOUR GROCERY OR TRANSPORTING ITEMS IN THE REAR???

They probably ran out of room elsewhere, with ALL the electronic crap on these vehicles today. And they had to stick it somewhere?? They also should have protected it more, or even sealed the unit somehow? But now I know where it is!! And to watch out for that!
