Hello all,
I have a 2014 Chevy Trax and I have an issue I’ve never experienced before.
When the air or heater is on, the air shouts out every vent at the same time, no matter what directional setting it is on. Because of this, the force of air from any vent (other than the floor vent) is low. This isn’t good when trying to defrost the front windshield during a Canadian winter. Any suggestions as to cause? Any help is truly appreciated. Thanks in advance

One mistake often made by owners is turning the mode switch before warm air has had a chance to circulate through the HVAC unit not giving it a chance to thaw out any possible frost or ice. If a trap door is frozen shut and you force it to open you may snap the cable activating the doors.
