So when my phone connects (2017trax) it comes on an waze starts. However the map is never anywhere correct. I'm updated everything on my phone and calibrated it but to no avail. Does this in 3 different phones

I'm assuming it uses phone's gps signal for the navigation. Have you tried google maps if same issue appears there?
