I bought a 2011 chevy cruze as a second hand and I'm experiencing a challenge with its Bluetooth connection. I managed to pair my phone and the car but when I make a call I can clearly hear the voice from the other side of the call but they cannot hear me. I've tried to unpair and re-pair but the problem still persists. Please assist 馃檹 Thank you 馃檪

Did you check if the microphone was good or if it's even installed on your model?

Try turning off the wifi on your phone, the wifi radio will cause interference on the Bluetooth radio causing a robotic sounding voice or no voice at all on the other end.

I'm really not sure if the mic is good but its definitely installed just behind the rear mirror
I think that's the microphone for OnStar, the microphone for your infotainment should be to the left of your dome light.
