They should be out well before the Renegade! Its looking like the Jeep won't land until January 2015. I don't see why there should be any lengthy delay for the US TRAX, US and Canadian regulations are already fairly close together in terms of demands, so barring a few US specific tweaks I don't see why they shouldn't already be hereDon't know when the trax will come on the US market. If they are earlier than the renegade they might snatch some buyers away from them.
That is possible, but I'm starting to think it won't be anything significant.Don't know when the trax will come on the US market. If they are earlier than the renegade they might snatch some buyers away from them.
Thing about the Renegade is its really not even trying to cater to the off road crowd, its only marginally superior to the TRAX off road, and thats only if you go to the top of the totem pole of trim! but 45 degrees you say! my my that is impressive!maybe, but for sure the Jeep will attract a different audience, the off-roaders. I got my Trax through terrain which I wouldn't go through wit a two wheel drive vehicle, but I don't think it was designed for that. Sure, I got it out of a ditch with a 45 degree angle back on the road, it had no issue with that, but I wouldn't take it further than that.
The trax is selling remarkably well here in Yellowknife. We have enough paved roads here, but also plenty of unpaved backroads and thats where the trax will excell.
Hey James,Finally we get the Trax in America! Not sure why Chevy didn't originally launch it in all or north america but finally it's here. It might be my next vehicle, here to learn more about it and share what I know
