looked into that thread, nothing about removing the bulb itself . just gonna have to try removing all the splash shields and see what I can find.
You need to take out the bolts just under the bumper, just below the fog lights, you will be able to snake your hand up behind the lights Its not an easy job.

Leaving a few bolts in the middle(loose but not out) will make it easier to start the bolts you took out, as all the holes will line up without moving the panels searching for the holes.
thats to remove the splash shield isnt it? I can reach and touch both bulbs but they dont come out like reg bulbs. feels like there is something blocking the bulb from turning out.
That is going up from the bottom up to get at the lights, there isn't much room to get at the sockets, they only turn about a 1/2 turn.

The socket sits with the wires pointing down, with your thumb you can pull back the clip on the wires, then the wires pull down.

Then you grasp the socket and twist, (don't quote me but) I think you twist Counter Clockwise then pull the socket back.

Putting mine in, I put the socket in the fog light, then pushed the wires home.

I couldn't get the wires and socket in place all in one piece, I had to do it like I explained
well this was easy. i just had to remove the connector off the fog light first and then the fog light came right out haha.

Like the whole fog light assembly came out and you did everything outside and just re-installed it?
