Hello customer service I need some repair info re- my onstar not working at all on my 2015 Trax LT the onstar module is not working at all,the tech at my dealer said he was unable to get the module to communcate with onstar at all. I would like to be able to use this feature on my Trax soon. I also downloaded the Chevy app to my smart phone but am unable to use that either, the Trax is not on the list of models on the app the 2015 model year is though,this should be looked into asap.

Does the Chevy App work for the trax?

The app does work. Will it always work? No it won't always work. At times I have to wait like 5 minutes until the command works. A lot of times the command just fails.

I would really appreciate any assistance you can get for me,also can you tell me will I get credit on my 6 month trial for this time I have not had not being able to use the onstar features of my Trax

Thanks for the link!

My wife's 2015 trax will not index past 47 folders and 3000+ songs on a 150gb, fat32 formatted hard drive. It has 29gb of music on it, and works fine in my ford focus with usb sync. The music is there, as confirmed by a computer, it's in the right format, but the trax will not recognize all that is there.

Have I hit the mylink usb memory ceiling? Is there a way to reset the USB mylink memory? Is there a firmware update that will allow full index, or is it not possible with the trax?

Thanks for the help, my wife is hacked that it works in my 2012 focus, and not her trax..

The song index selection will not display past 2500 songs as well...

...I had to make this reply as I cannot edit my posts after 10 minutes. That's not proper, but I'll have to live with it.

A counter intuitive limitation, if I may say so.

2017 Chevy Trax, just had my trax serviced yesterday. Had fuel injection cleaned due to engine light coming off and on. Jars a bit when I go from a stop position or try to accelerate. On the way home after having service not even an hour later the engine light is back on and the jarring didnt go away. My chevy app also alerted me to an emission issue. I havent even owned this car a year yet. Pre certified. What could it be
