The surface temperature of the engine block on the side of the exhaust manifold is 300F+ at 2600rpm.

The fuel isn't running lean, and there is no blockage at the catalytic converter (I just gutted it yesterday)

On the other side of the engine, the surface temperature on the block is 175-190F, normal.

Should I be concerned about the manifold glowing and that 300F when the engine is under full load 2600rpm?

No, normal, when turbo itself can reach 900 degrees

I found this junk inside one of the fuel injectors. I think that was the cause of it burning lean and I ran a test run of the engine under full load and it was a very minor glow on the underside of it. The pipes were 900F+ which I think is normal. Thanks for all your help
