By now many of you have had the chance to see enough about the Trax and by now should have a very good idea of it, if not, all you need to know can be found throughout the many sections of this forum. So, going with what you know about the Trax, what do you Like/Dislike about it?

I like: the headroom, the legroom in the front, the economic engine, the modern dashboard, entertainment system, the awd, the automatic transmission with the manual shift button.
I less like: I am depending on mirrors and rear view camera. Shoulder check is awkward since I always looking straight in the head rests. Rear window is small and the rear has big blind spots.
I don't like: Height difference between Accelerator and brake pedals. This is something awkward to feel when first time stepping into a Trax. I get used to it now.

No further complains, though

Approximately how tall are you and how much do you weigh? It's just so we all get a better idea of what room for you is like compared to other owners that will be viewing and commenting here.

Overall your complaints aren't too bad, at least it's nothing to do with anything in relation to mechanical issues, build quality, etc.

Thanks for the response.
I am 6' 1" tall. In my old Grand Am I had to push the chair all the way back, which made the leg room behind me smaller. In the Trax I push the seat about 3/4 backward which still leaves leg room for the passenger behind me.
Note: when folding backseats forward you probably need to push the front seats forward too so the rear seat fits flat, also the head rests of the rear seats need to be pushed down in order to fit. That's also a minor drawback of the design.

No, so far no mechanical issues but our winter is still to come...
that's really good to hear at least the boys at chevrolet made it suitable for taller american's

That drawback isn't too bad considering all it takes is some slightly extra time, but it would have been so much better if all you had to do was flip a lever, something they could have adjusted the setup to do, maybe in a future year model?
I think these features are to be found in the Equinox. I was considering that model but it's a more expensive drive (with same options which I have on my trax).

Rudi, I appreciate all your comments here on the forum. I too was considering the Equinox, but I don't need to pay extra for a larger vehicle. The Trax is fine for me. Now I'm just waiting for the Trax to be available here in Arizona.

MY wife and I test drove an Equinox, were quite impressed but when the dealer mentioned a price tag of 36 grant we said we need to think about that one. Then he mentioned the Trax. That little bugger had the same options as the Equinox we just drove but a little less space inside and not as smooth a drive as the Equinox. Nevertheless quite impressive and more affordable.

have you spoke with you local dealer to find out when they will be getting them?
The only thing I don't like so far is that I can't stream music off my phone through Bluetooth. Not a huge deal breaker, more of an inconvenience. Was used to it in my 2013 civic.
@steph yeah that's a downside, making driving not as fun.
Do you have satellite radio? @steph
Nope I just have the base LS model. It's strange though because it has automatic transmission and a/c but wasn't upgraded to the LT package. Almost makes me think it was some sort of demo at a dealers.
that's weird, i hope it really wasn't a demo.

how many miles did you get it with?

Had 28k on it when I got it.
definitely a demo, great deals on those however! Sometimes demos aren't really demos however. The service manage or a salesman could of had it for a while before it got sold...

that is true, i have worked in a dealership before and seen this happen, some of them beat the crap out of some of the cars.

Oh well, either way it's in good condition and I love the fuel efficiency I'm getting. Went two weeks on a full tank!

is that typical?
