So I've had my 2018 Trax for about a year now. And I recently got pulled over and was told my taillight and plate light was out. I changed the bulbs and nothing. My brake light works & the reverse light works as well as the turn signal works. Pulled the taillight lamp out and noticed rust on the connecter. I realize I had a broken trunk seal. Upon noticing the truck seal being broken and allowing rainwater to leak into the car and short the connecter my radio stopped working. Took it to chevy they told me it was a "bad ground" & that it needs to be traced. I replaced the trunk seal and have a new lamp.

How can I trace the wires to locate the "bad ground" and could this be affecting the radio? Also the cigarette lighter port goes in and out, the USB ports don't work, and sometimes the dash glitches. NEED HELP PLEASE

Ground G401 in right side of luggage compartment under mat. May also be the ground point for radio amplifier.
