Hi all,

Just got my 2015 LTZ Trax last Saturday. Started with 19 Miles on the car now has over 250 miles.

The dealer had to order a nodule for the OnStar as it doesn't work. Turns out the be on the recall list, after I checked.

Other than that, so far am satisfied with the car.

Will update as needed.

Hi James

The vehicle I traded in was a used Chevrolet 2013 Sonic LS sedan automatic which I purchased with 10,700 miles on it, in silver.

That was a great car too, when I traded it in for the Trax it had 13,800 miles on it, not that much different from when I purchased it. I was just too excited about the Trax. I took a peek at the Chevrolet Trax back in 2012, when I googled Chevrolet Equinox 2017 and I got the picture of the Trax in my search (picture at the bottom). The photo of the blue Chevrolet Trax came up when I googled "Chevrolet Trax" after finding out the name of it, where it was being sold, and that it wouldn't be sold in the US.

I was very disappointed about not being able to have the chance to test-drive one, and maybe purchasing one, I really loved the design. When I heard the Trax was coming home in the fall of 2014, I couldn't wait to go test-drive one, and wondered if I would be tempted to buy one.

While I was happy with the Sonic, I've always wanted to have the Chevrolet Trax. The minute I drove my LS base, I just fell in love with it! It was fast, comfortable, had my most needed creature-comforts, and it was somehow priced right. It wasn't the all-wheel-drive version, which I have to admit, was not that much more expensive than my front-wheel-drive, but it was amazing! I also LOVE the ground-clearance, it resembles the Equinox in that way.

Till this day I'm so in love with the Trax, I just can't see there being anything that would better it. Nothing can compare to the Chevrolet Trax, at least, in my opinion. I specially love setting-up my bike-rack during the summer, and driving to my favorite bike-trail after washing my little guy (the Trax).

Sorry about the life-story hehe!

Good luck with your Trax,I'm very pleased with mine, the only thing I would do differently right now is I would have bought the LTZ, but I think I can make my own.

I stopped at the dealer where I bought mine today they had a LTZ in the same color as mine, looking at the vehicle from the outside the only differences were the fog lights and the LTZ nameplate.

I already installed my fog lights, I think for next year I might scout out some 18" wheels, then all I would need is the letter Z to make my Trax appear to be the high end model...
