A few weeks ago this wierd noise comes from the engine area of me 2018 Chevy Trax AWD (78,000 miles) its slowly getting more noticeable, only comes on when engine is at Idle warm @ stop light, an excelerating but then it diffuses away when I go faster. I know its not my lifters I'm thinking its either an old worn belt thats has now begin to wear out or a pulley of some sort that is now begining to wear out? When i restart the car after its been parked it makes this wierd squeaking noise at the same time when I've at the mark of turning the engine on so I"m thinking its a worn out belt or pulley? I tuned off the A/C while driving an I can stil hear it so its not nothing to do with the A/C.
Has anyone out there have this same problem an what was it? Thank you!!
