So my easy to remember password for the board here apparently did not pass muster with the powers that be, so I received a forced reset......

My rant is simple....why the **** does the bulletin board need this much security?!!!!


Maybe for my bank, but really this bulletin board? I feel so much safer.....

It was not just you, it is everyone.
but this is the most secure password requirement of any website I have ever visited, including banks, health, insurance, stocks etc.

Ya requiring Uppercase, lower case, numbers, and symbols, spanning 10 characters is a little over the top for a forum.

Hopefully the manglement will chime in with more info as to this security issue.

They sent me a request to reset my password so I reset it, then today I got another one to reset it again.

I have been on the corvette forum for many years, never happened there.

You're not the only one, I got reset twice as well.. :|
