I have not dug into the manual to answer this question because I figured I would get a better answer here.

I've run into some instructions (though I cannot recall what they were for now because it's late and the brain is shutting down) that suggest putting the ignition system in the equivalent of a keyed ignition switch's "accessory" position. In other words, the ignition system is "hot" (and devices such as the car's radio can operate) but without starting the engine.

My question is whether or not this can be done with our new 2018 Trax LT and, if it can be done, how does one accomplish it?
