Thanks for posting it but wow, $200 is a lot, not sure how many will actually be buying it.
If the demand is there I can nearly guarantee that it will be posted online in PDF format...
I sure hope so because I don't want to pay $200
I thought that something like this would just be posted online for everyone to see. I guarantee you there is a way to get it without shelling out $200.
I would love to agree with you but I can't find anything. Maybe I should buy it, scan it and sell it for $50 a copy on dvd lol!

sometimes they do leak out but it's random, if you really need this than paying $200 just might be worth it for you to pay. Just think of how quickly it can pay for itself and in what time it can start paying you back.
what type of maintenance would you guys be doing to your Trax that would make use of a service manual?
guaranteed it will be easier to find pirate copies of the service man once TRAX hits US market..
Yea. Like a lot of people, I'm waiting for it to be either available in a downloadable PDF for a heck of a lot less than $200. Or, worse comes to worse I'm sure someone will bite the bullet, and transcribe it into a downloadable format for people to just view online at their leisure. It's human nature, no one is gonna want to spend that much on a book. Ask any college kid about their textbooks.
Since it doesn't cover the 15 model I wouldn't buy it just yet the cars change so much in a years time you might be doing yourself a disservice by buying the wrong year manual set.

These manuals, if your not familiar with them, cover every bolt nut and washer, every system on the car and the ways to diagnose and repair any system.

I try to have a Helm factory service manual for every car I buy, they are worth every cent and they can be sold at a profit after you sell the car.
Ya this is an old thread.
But I am looking for a GM service manual for my 2015 Trax.
Everyone is real proud of the ones they have. The only one I have found so far is $500 for the 4 book set. The 7 book set for my Silverado was "only" $300
At those prices, it might be awhile before there are manuals going cheap, I paid less for corvette manuals.
Have you tried this site. Only $20 USd for full 13-16 pdf manual. I just downloaded it, I will verify if it's any good and let you know

Okay don't buy this right away, noticed a lot of missing information and wrong pictures on different pages. Stand by!
Most of the book is good, I just found a few pages that were corrupt and a few that were incomplete. But the connector end views seem complete although a bit difficult to navigate. Waiting for an e-mail from this site to see if they can help.

For example if this is the type of info your looking it is pretty much intact.

I bought one of those a while back for a car I was working on, compared to a real service manual there is nothing to it.

Buying a real Helm manual, from a similar vehicle in the GM line, may be the answer until the Trax/Encore manual become more widely available.

Any way you could share the purchased files?
