Hi, I'm from Bandung Indonesia.
I have Chevy Trax LTZ 2017 FL since a year ago.
Usually I use AUTO mode for the headlight, but when I tried the OFF mode on the switch, it turns out that the switch doesn't have any effect. Is there a problem with the switch module or other components ?

You cannot turn lights off if engine is running.
