My wife's 2015 trax intermittently won't turn over. There is not even the clicking from the solenoid. I tested the battery and it's at full charge roughly 12.5v. All the lights come on but when you turn the key all the dash lights go off. I put a meter on the battery while my son turned the key and it shows no draw at all.

Sounds like the battery is finished to me after 7 years.
Despite it reading good voltage with no load, there is no actual electrical capacity left in it.
Put a new battery in it and I’ll almost guarantee it will be fine.
You can check it with a multimeter.
Check the voltage of the battery when the car is off. Then turn the ignition and headlights on for a few seconds and see if the voltage sags. If it drops by any appreciable amount, say 0.5v or more, then your battery is done and it’s time for a new one.
Also, Is it showing any engine lights or codes when it won’t crank?
