Thanks for the links. I'll get to them shortly although I may leave regular filters, oils, brakes, etc. out in general as they are plenty and you can choose what you want at any parts store.

 

I have the OEM pedals and they are great, although a bit pricey. I got mine from an ebay seller for $100. I also have the Husky floor liners and highly recommend them, as good as weathertech but half the price.

3 out of 10 people had trouble installing the Techpicco hood struts.... I think I"ll pass until they get their product improved.

 

Hmmm, I'll look into it and make a correction if necessary. I know I've seen a few people post (maybe on the Trax FB forums?) that they have put them on. It could be just reviewers who don't know what they are doing. I always take the reviews, both positive and negative, with a grain of salt when looking at a possible purchase. Thanks for the heads up!

 

I was looking at the Amazon reviews... some people said they are a bit too long, which makes them hard to install, and others complained about the retaining nuts......

 

Here is a Youtube video of someone putting the TECHPICHO's on their 2024 Trax. Looks like they fit and work fine.

 

what I would like actually, is a second horn and installation instructions so the car could have a LOUD "59 Caddy" dual tone horn....

I have the Redline Tuning hood struts on our 2025 Trax. Easy install with no issues using quality material. The hood opens a little higher than it used to with the prop rod.

 

I just did the Amazon strut kit on my 2025 only problem was the nut on the passenger side,I dropped it and never found it finally found a nut and washer and made it work mfg.should throw in a extra

 

Weathertech has finally come out with Mud Flaps. Added to the list. Also added Chevy's OE Splash guards as it looks like they are back in stock.

 

No picture as to how they look and as usual the Weathertech price is way high.

 

yep... I did the same thing... dropped it! Ordered a replacement nut from Redline....

 

I was scared of dropping them too, was lucky cuz I was thinking as well where they'd fall into and it looked like the abyss lol

 

Interesting. Husky brand has a Chrome Low Profile Hood Protector (as well as the usual Smoke colored one everyone has). Just choose Chrome under "select finish".

 

@everyone Has anyone installed a sunroof visor/wind deflector? If so, please link it if possible or give the size and brand info. Thanks!

Interesting! Never seen anybody put these types of rubber caps on lug nuts before. I might put a set on mine after I do the hyperdip(plastidip) I plan on doing after winter.

Adding these LED's to the list. Just choose what brightness you want (and color on the Rear Turn Signals you need). They are 2024/2025 Trax specific so they should work no problem but, as always, try at your own risk (both workability and manual warning to not use LED's). Call them for any specific questions.

Added ISS Automotive Power Liftgate Kit 2024/2025 from this thread. As I mentioned there, there are Buick Envista ones on Ebay that may fit ours as well as a link to an Ohio Car audio place that has a video installing a kit on a Trax so you can check those out if it suits your needs.
