Anyone have the bulletin # on this and has anyone actually had their dealer disable the ANC? Did the issue go away?

i snipped the cable, didn’t want to go through dealer. after cable snip my issue went away.

manual does say they can turn off ANC

Thanks for the idea, but it is just me, I will like to go the software route and turn it off.

Anyway, how much different was with the ANC out? In my opinion, I think that is not going to be too much of a difference.

i couldn’t tell the difference honestly, i play loud music so don’t even hear the road noise

i ended up cutting the anc wire off the harness, if anyone is interested i posted pictures here:

Hello folks, Newbie here, purchased a new Trax (2RS) few months ago and really enjoying it. I’ve started out replacing the door speakers (6.5”) and tweeters. Crutchfield didn’t have any info so took the gamble and paid off!

under the hood, i ended up putting sound dampening butyl and foam to quiet down the cabin.

is it when the car is running?

i recently added a subwoofer to mines and when engine ran it made a loud reverb (2024 model as well)

ended up being the active noise cancellation interfering, i ended up cutting the wire and disabled it. problem gone.

can’t say it’s 100% what you are going through, just sharing.

If your setup is all stock may be worth asking dealer about it.
