Just in my observations, the majority of users with iPhones are the ones having the most issues with the system. I use an Android phone and have only had one screen lock up due to Android Auto crashing on my phone, and i had one instance where the screen rebooted itself while driving. Other than that it's been absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.

Since June, my radio stops and I get a message saying to use the app to play the station. It stops playing in about 20 seconds. Then I have to push the station 'button' to play. I don't know what has changed since June, but it has to do with my Android phone. When I have it shut off, no problem playing XM. Also, if the car is already on, and my phone off, the phone will NOT connect to anything when turned on inside the car.

I've decided to sell the car. I can't deal with it and the dealership any longer!
There were a couple Android Auto updates since the end of May that were pushed through by Google, it may have screwed itself up and is now interacting with the Infotainment system strangely. I usually run beta versions personally and currently I'm on version 12.5.142944, they just push 12.0 out as a full release this week.
