I'm having lots of issues, the radio was replaced, and then even more items started not working properly. But in reference to the radio the dealership is now stating that they THINK it is due to OnStar and the WiFi in the car, yet they still have car and have not told me to come into the dealership to see if i can reset OnStar since they are saying they cannot do anything with OnStar.
update, I am currently in the process of GM buying back the vehicle, but this process is super lengthy it could be another 30 to 45 days.

Took car in a number of times to the dealership, raised concern with the service manager, spoke with my salesperson, tried to get in contact with the Sales manager but they were always too busy to assist, tried to contact Owner of dealership with no luck. Started documenting everything and also had pictures and videos. I think i got my break when the office manager at a dealership felt my frustration. I called GM customer car number that rep was having issues with dealerships lack of response so it was escalated. Filed a complaint with NHTSA- National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. The next rep was having similar issues so they escalated it to the aftersales District manager GM, who also had communications issues and had to physically go into the dealership to get documents and answers. Let just say this was not a fast process been dealing with this for months. The Attorney general in my state has lots of info on lemon law and consumer protections, including other complaints made by consumers for the dealership broken out by location. Yes I did request copies of those complaints, which had names and phone numbers, I left no stone unturned. I did my research by reaching out to other Dealerships and their process for issues like this, used public records, used my network to see who all had ever had an issue as such or what they new about the dealership and their owners. I then filed a Claim with my Attorney General's Office, and they were super helpful. I hated having to be a Karen or someone thinking that i was a Karen, but good gravy, communication would be nice. Please keep in mind that a Dealership is just that a dealership not run by GM, but i have found that GM will stand behind their product. It would be so nice to be able to buy a vehicle in the USA directly from the manufacturer and not have to go through the BS of a dealership. Now the stress of looking for a car and with interest rates being so high I'm not sure what I will be able afford.

You are no Karen for sure. You are just claiming your rights. This is a bargain... I am documenting everything so far, went to the shop 4 times and cannot fix the infotainment and onstar issue. I am also in touch with chevrolet. I have almost the car for a year and i needed some time to go to the path you went. Thank you for your feedbacks it helps. When did you buy the car if I may?

I bought the car late June early July, was so excited as this was my 2nd brand new car every in my life. Most lemon law issues have to be claimed in the 1st year and under so many miles. I would still file with your Attorney General (AG) to get it documented and still work with GM. Good luck to you, i know this is so frustrating.

Has anyone experienced issues with the new 2024 trax bluetooth. I was working , then one day I had issues with my phone not connecting. Deleted my device and now my chevy does not appear on any device I try to sync. I do not know if there is a reset or if anyone else has had this issue.
same. 24 hour help? How about right now! I know the car is not sending the Bluetooth signal out. Everything else in the parking lot was on my phone except chevrolet.
 
Just bought the trax ACTIV 2024 in May. I had issues connecting to Bluetooth on and off to where it finally stopped connecting completely. I'm so glad you posted this, I've been so frustrated with thw dealership not knowing what to do about the issue. Sounds like I will probably need a new infotainment unit as well. So disappointing.
Mine also stopped working. My. Phone won't work at all

Mine just stopped working. They have to order a whole new radio
 
Hello friend and all who are gonna read this! I know all you guys and ladies are frustrated over the Trax Radio issues and the window issues. Now everyone who is experiencing the radio black outs and the windows that stop working all of a sudden and it's very frustrating. Here is what the problem is and this has been confirmed so please whoever wants legit answers and just want to have a vehicle that is gonna perform for us customer. The issue with the radio is not the radio it's has nothing to do with the radio you can get new radios out in but it's gone keep acting up. I have been working the issues and soon enough the dealership will finally be notified and when I say notified I mean all the dealerships GM and Chevrolet. I have a 2024 Trax 2 RS and I have not experienced one single flaw wife my Trax I love it and soon all you will to! South Korea is where the Trax are being assembled then shipped out to see to come to us and now all of you that have trouble with your Trax is because there is a cheap and faulty wiring and all you need to fix the issue is for GM to replace the unit little black box with a American made one and a your issue will go away. The reason my 2024 Trax is running perfect is because mine was made and assembled in Detroit with all the AC Delco and all the true and well branded infotainment black box is all you need. Tell the mechanic at the dealership to stop putting radios new radios on the Trax because that's not the issue. That little black box is wired incorrectly. It's expensive to replace but it's under warranty and won't cost anything. I hope this has helped you all because soon you all will be back to normal. Oh one more thing GM has ordered the replacement parts to your mechanics get and God Bless you all.

I have done research on this issue and also drove the South Korea Trax for 5 months and nothing but headaches until one day I asked if the little black infotainment part can be replaced the I stalled the new GM part and 2 months nothing and now was have a solution for all customer hope everyone gets there Trax back to normal!!!!!
Can you tell me the name of the module needed? All those modules are little black boxes. Appreciate it
 
I have same exact issue. Infotainment not replaced yet. Dealer flashed radio with update but no change. Haven’t offered to replace system. Said I might need an update from Apple. Luckily I saw another vehicle on their lot now and tested my phone and it connects perfect.. I’m going back next week. Keep us posted.
Needs WiFi on so there is a WiFi ssid to connect to even though you use the phone data plan. The few times mine worked I checked and WiFi hotspot icon was white instead of grayed out. Dealer no help.
