As mentioned above, Technical Bulletin TB-23-NA-194 will fix it or snip the wire. Take it to the dealer for the TB and any other updates you haven't gotten.

It's definitely the microphones in the car. The place where I got my sub installed told me the mics were the issue as soon as I unplugged the mics it started working

I also have Android Auto, and it's only crashed on me once while using Navigation. Otherwise no problems.

I fund that turning off the VPN on my Android phone solved the problem like dropping called, etc. This isn't a new problem. I first experienced it w/Ford autos in the '13 model year, turning off the VPN worked then ... and does today.

Has anyone experienced any speaker reverb?
Speakers will occasionally/randomly just start a deep reverberation that shakes the mirror. I have had it happen on FM, XM, BT.
Bass setting does not make a difference nor does volume level and adjusting volume does not change the loudness of the reverb. It will even continue if you mute the speakers.
Duration is from a few milliseconds to a couple minutes.

I recently purchased a 2024 Trax and I’m having the same issue. If the radio is on or off, still happens ….Dealership cannot find the problem.

Was just in for this issue. It's the ANC reverb. Happens at 1800 rpms. Take it in and have them reset with the code TB-23-NA-194.
